On Monday night Polly and Chris came over. As I was making them a cup of tea Polly mentioned that it was great to see a review of Going Down Swinging 27 with a mention of my name in the Age the day before.
What what what??
I bought the Age that day and had totally skimmed past it and probably wouldn't have known about it if Polly hadn't pointed it out.
Needless to say it was rather thrilling to see my name in print accompanyied by the encouraging word "engaging".
Excellent work, Vanessa! I got reminded of your blog via a Facebook update and love the recent stuff (you and Lee in the 10 years ago post bought back some memories)!
